The staff at Fairfield Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery Center is committed to providing a seamless experience from check in to check out.
Please complete all forms in the Patient Registration Section prior to your appointment.  This will expedite the check in process saving you time during your visit to our office.

Office Hours

Monday: 8am – 7:15pm

Tuesday: 8am – 7:15pm

Wednesday: 8am – 7:15pm

Thursday: 8am – 7:15pm

Friday: 8am – 3:30pm

Saturday: 8am – 12:30pm

Payment Policies

Co-payments and payments for cosmetic procedures are due at the time of the visit.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and CareCredit.
