Geraldine Pires, APRN is a graduate from Fairfield University where she received her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in nursing.
While at Fairfield University, Geraldine completed her clinical training in dermatology, primary care, and pediatrics.
Geraldine provides in-office evaluations of patients to diagnose and treat skin issues, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, contact dermatitis, warts, molluscum, and skin cancers. She also provides cosmetic dermatology services such as Micro-Needling and truSculpt, as well as laser treatments including Clear + Brilliant, Fraxel®, Isolaz®, laser hair removal, brown spot removal, and facial redness reduction.
Prior to joining Fairfield Dermatology, Geraldine spent nine years at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in West Haven, Connecticut, during which time she provided out-patient treatment for veterans in the dermatology clinic. Geraldine also previously worked as a clinical Registered Dietitian and presently holds her R.D. license.
Geraldine is an avid runner and presently serves on the Board of Directors of the Pequot Running Club. She is a native of Fairfield County, and she presently resides in Fairfield, Connecticut with her husband and son.
