Returns and Exchanges: Unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened items returned within 30 days are eligible for account credit only, which may be applied toward copays, outstanding balances, or product purchases. After 30 days, refunds or credits will not be issued. Prescription products—including Latisse, Tolcylen, nail solutions, and any prescriber-directed medications such as acne gels, rosacea treatments, or dermatologic creams—are not eligible for refunds or credits.
