The check-in and waiting experience turned me off. The in room visit was wonderful. Both the nurse and Dr. were superb.

Dr. McBean was very thorough and had agreat bedside manner. He made me feel very comfortable and addressed all of my questions.

I liked that Dr. Smith did exactly what I asked and didn’t over-do it on offering products or services. I have been to other dermatologists where I feel like I am with a sales person rather than a doctor and I didn’t feel that way with her.
